Betty Malamba, serves as a Senior Programme Officer at the National Gender Equality Commission. She has a background in Social Sciences and Project Management. Ms. Malamba joined the Commission in 2016, an opportunity that has enabled her broaden her skills and knowledge in maters gender equality, an area that keeps on evolving with each passing moment.
Ms. Malamba has a Masters in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. She has over 10 years experience in development work including gender mainstreaming and inclusion of special interest groups in all sphere of their lives; women are among these groups.
She is excited to be participate in the forum and looks forward to the deliberations, as we discuss on the strategies of promoting gender equality and inclusion amidst the raising incidences of GBV in sports.
